Default Connecting REAPER and Renoise using Linux/WINE

NOTE: This is a cross post. I originally posted in General Discussion but figure it's probably more sensible here...

Howdy. So I'm using REAPER in WINE and it works impressively well. One problem I'm having right now though is getting REAPER to send midi clock out. I think this was working for me at one point, so I'm not sure if it's something I'm doing or if something changed in REAPER since then. I've done the following:

1. Start Renoise
2. Start REAPER
3. Go under MIDI preferences and find the Renoise Sync In device
4. Enable the device and enable clock output
5. Hit play in REAPER

For some reason this isn't causing Renoise to play in sync... For what it's worth, I also investigated with a midi monitor. The midi monitor receives midi messages from Reaper (I guess it sends note offs whenever play is hit?) but no clock info. On the other hand, if I connect Renoise to the midi monitor, I see clock info... Is anyone else having success with this in the latest REAPER version (I just downloaded the latest to test if that works... 4.61). Thanks guys!
