Nektar P1 compared to Faderport 8
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with either of these.
I have the P1 out on loan for a few days now and while I've only had a couple hours to play around the reaper integration is really quite amazing.
It just works and the learn function is dead simple for setting up plugins that aren't quite covered.
I really feel like I'm missing the longer throw motorized faders however, but I know that the faderport probably isn't going to have the plugin editing capability.
Just wondering if anyone has been using the faderport 8 for awhile and if you find it fits in nicely with reaper? they say it will do plugin editing as well but I'm thinking a lot of that is only for native 'studio one' mode.
