A question about Windows 10 and texts in title bars

With Windows 10, I´m not seeing the text in the title bars (is that their name in english?) of Reaper itself and the GUIs of the plugins, as seen here :

Where I see only a light-blue bar I used to see - in Win 7 - the name of the plugin and the track in which is found (ReaEQ - Track 1 in this case). I tweaked some settings but I can´t seem to fix it. Whenever I have various EQs open, it´s good to see the name of each one in the top, so this is rather annoying. It happens with apps in general in Win 10, but in the case of Reaper this is a necessity.

Does anyone know the setting to fix this?

Unfortunately this appears to be one of the more elusive issues with Win 10 affecting only few users. So far you're the 2nd REAPER user I heard of being struck by this.

In one of the few threads about it was mentioned that the problem goes away when the user is logged in with a different user account, so this may or may not be one of the "permissions" cockups Win 10 updates caused in the recent past.

Now that I read the thread you quoted, I realize I also used UXstyle to use a dark theme in Win 10. I´ll have to end up in the MS forum, regrettably...
