FX Parameter Modulation Using Control Signal

Hi,

There is a growing community of visually impaired Reaper users who are eager to support its development as it is arguably the most accessible DAW, at least for PC, at the moment. That said, there are a few areas that are inaccessible, i.e. a screen reader cannot interface with them, either to provide feedback or to enable a visually impaired user to make changes. One of these is the baseline control in the parameter modulation dialogue.

It is possible for one to modify the attack, release, min and max volumes, strength and direction values using the keyboard but not the baseline slider. Would it be possible to incorporate an edit box in which to type values, perhaps percentage values or perhaps values between a negative or positive number, or alternatively a different type of slider in the tab order that could be manipulated using the cursor keys and/or page up and page down?

This would be tremendously helpful in all kinds of situations since, as the documentation explains, where the baseline slider should be set depends on the effect. sighted people may also find it useful, as they do in other similar circumstances, to be able to type in a precise value quickly in this way.
