Default Reaper won´t play audio tracks

Hey Guys,
i need a lot of help!!!

For 2 Days I opened Reaper and want to play up my stuff.
So suddenly it stopped. The Play Button is Green but the timeline don´t move
forward. And i can´t recording anything else.
The mysterious thing is if i go to the audio devices and turn the preferences from my Focusrite Solo Interface to Build-In Output the it works. But as soon as I turn the Focusrite Solo on in the audio devices nothing works.
BTW I´m a MacUser.
So pls can someone help.

Reaper is not seeing your sound output device. Check wiring connections!
