strange video rendering problem, please help me

Hi guys,
I am having some problem rendering videos:
My Project consist of 2 seperat tracks:
1 audio
1 video (mp4) (which is cut at some point cause it actually 2)

Both start and end at excactly the same time.

When playing back and viewing in reaper with the video window everything is beautifull and syncd, the cut where the camera switches position just works smooth as expected.

The problem occurs when i am rendering the video:
I have renderd other videos with reaper in the past for testing using the FFMPEG encoder from the Cockos Wiki, and it just worked fine.
However this time the video and audio are not in snyc after rendering, as the video is going faster than the audio. At some point where the video ends it just displays an image and the audio plays on.

I have tried all different types of output formats, all resolutions, frame rates etc... but the problem is always excactly the same, same speed of out of sync.

I have also tried the same thing with just one part of the 2 seperate videos, still the same problem.

Maybe try changing your audio device. I remember having trouble when using either waveout or directsound (I forget which). One of those would often play in a different sync than it would render, for some reason.
