Get MBT based on position is this possible?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to do a PL Script which will get the positions of the notes in a MIDI track. Right now, I am able to get the position for every single note, however i would like to convert that long number into the MBT itself (e.g. 3.1.66), is this possible?
