Asio Issues

Having issues using asio 4 all with my tapco link.USB interface and reaper. My issue is that when my driver is set to asio, I am able to record but i hear absolutely nothing, no sound while recording or afterwards. I can fix this by switching to direct sound but then whenever I record its distorted and sounds as if the inputs up too high.

I use reaper 5.0 with Asio and my Tapco.Link and it gives me no issues, but reapers being a real pain right now.

Are you from the future?

You can monitor what you are recording by plugging headphones into you Tapco.

For playback using Asio4All, go to the advanced view (click the 'wrench') and set which outputs A4A uses.
