Default I want to Run Windows 10 Without Internet

I am building a machine to run just Reaper and misc DAW stuff. I would prefer to not have any internet connection. Can I run Windows 10 without ever connecting to the internet (aside from downloading Windows to a thumb drive using a different machine)? I don't care about getting updates. Won't need them. But will Windows fuss about it? TIA!

I run the Reaper on Windows 10 64bit. I can also run all 32bit VST's, automatically bridged by Reaper. So it's no problem.

With how much ram?

I'm researching now about porting Reaper5 and all of my existing plugins from Win 7 32 bit to Win 10 64 bit.

But I've read that the bridging sucks a ton of ram. The posts that said that were 4-5 years old, so maybe it's been fixed by now. My old ASUS P5Ke MB might be limited to 8GB, I'll have to look into that.

I use 8 GB. No problem, even doing heavy orchestral things with 50 tracks full of VST's.

One thing: I do have a couple of plugs that like to phone home every time, so you may find the occasional issue like that with being offline.
