using a POD xt live as a interface in MAC OSX

it works very well with Logic Pro 9, but when it comes to Reaper, there are some issues there.

i find it is hard to control POD though Reaper, when changing sample rate\buffer size and so on, it usually prompts me a error message.(see the attacthment below)
after that, it is also impossible to load POD from Logic, and it needs a reboot.
