cc64 Kickdrum?

yeah, I know it's probably been up a zillion times on the net already, but I can't find any satisfying info about it.

ie: how do I use my sustainpedal to control a midinote, say c3?

I've tried midi_keymap and routing'n'stuff, but there isn't the cc-functionality I want. And in reaper's macro-window I can route cc to basic functions in the program, but not to midinotes.

can I somehow edit the midi_keymap to make it route cc64 to a midinote?
