Default Problems with UAD

I recently upgraded to the most recent UAD software and now all of the effects have disappeared from my Reaper FX browser.

Things I've tried:
-Uninstalling and reinstalling reaper
-Uninstalling, rolling back, and reinstalling UAD
-Pointing to different UAD folders where the plugs are (defaulting Program Files/Steinberg/VSTplugins/Powered Plugins)
-Clearing Cache and rescanning many times after these changes.

Reaper SEEs and scans all of the UAD plugs during this process, however, the end result is none of them show up in the FX browser and old session won't open.

I believe UAD is working fine, the performance monitor shows up, all authorizations are there etc... Seems like reaper isn't communicating with it and believes there is a problem, thus after scanning they don't appear.

Anyone have a similar issue or solution to try? I appreciate any input.

I had something similar happen when installing a Waves plugin. There was a problem with the first initialization of it and after that I couldn't find it. There is a "blacklist" file in the Reaper data folder. It was a while back, but I think I deleted it so that it would be forced to rebuild the list.

Appreciate the reply.
Just tried editing the reaper-vstplugins64.ini file as it seemed to be the closest to the blacklist. Deleted the UAD plugs from there and upon re-opening reaper, I see it re-scan all the UAD plugs but they don't show up. Tried deleting the whole file and it would re-build the cache but no luck.

Weird that it is ALL of the UAD plugins. Can't figure this out.

If you are on UAD2 they should show up in a powerplugins folder.
