Default Move edges/Resizing Multiple Items : don't get it

Hi,

When moving the edges/resizing multiple items after having selected them,
I don't understand why sometimes all selected items' edges move, sometimes only one track?

You can see in link here,

Thanks

N

Hi, thx, no just hovering with mouse on separation of items, then clicking.

It seems in every case where you get only one edge following the drag, you have your cursor further to the left when you start the move. When you have the cursor pretty much above the split, all the selected item edges will follow. You can test this by starting from even further left where the single right edge cursor just changes into the right edge/left edge cursor. Work your way towards the split and you'll notice how close to it you have to be for all the items edges to follow the move.

Expander, your clue was really pointing in the right direction, thx.

However, it is a bit different, but I fully get it now.

The behaviour is as follows :

- when the mouse is hovering more on the side of selected items : you will pull all selected items' edges at once
- when the mouse is hovering more on the side of unselected items : you will only pull the item edge from the track on top of which your mouse is hovering

Here to illustrate :
