Default How to efficiently freeze tracks with busses

Hi,

My guitar tracks structure looks:
- Guitar Folder track which is BUS and have Slate Digital effects
in this above folder - Two guitar tracks hard panned left/right which have s-gear

Question is how to freeze this guitar track? Do I need freeze two guitar tracks first and then freeze folder track? If I freeze just folder track, all FX stays on two guitar tracks and they consune CPU power.

Maybe is some trick to take in one freeze: folder track and all tracks owned to this folder?

Maybe not the most effecient or quickest but:

1) make new folder track to sum outputs of hard right and hard left tracks.

2) render out a stereo file (flac is good) with the new folder track soloed.

3) import the render into the folder track and then mute the 3 tracks with FX.

Maybe there are quicker ways, but that should do it.
