You can upload your pictures to ImageShack and they'll give you lots of links so you can embed your images.

When did it start looking so ugly. The last alpha I tried the default theme was lovely and minimal but now it's developed a horrible toolbar with ugly icons and what seems to be bits of several themes stuck together in the TCP and mixer. I loved the alpha look.

Read the original post... the OP stated he put that theme together.

I see no mention of that in the OP. The point is it's changed for the worse - when the first versions came out it was much nicer - clean and minimalistic, now it's a bit of a dog's breakfast.

I not suggesting malicious intent btw just them sites bring up pop ups from all over the place and they can be unreliable.

Yeah, it can ocurre sometimes, but I see first time it happens with reaper. Try this, press right mouse button and select "run as an administrator". if it doesn't help, try using another reaper's version.

When do you think Reaper 4 will actually "go live" and launch as a final release?

I can't wait!

It's because of my laziness I've just used part of walter's script that I liked, without spending time to resize the pictures. And my theme has lose all the transparent parts in Reaper4. So the result is a little ugly for the moment. I promise myself to correct it when the final release will be out...
