I don't believe you, I read all stickies and couldn't find it

FWIW, maybe the sticky "REAPER pre-release builds" could be the 2nd from the top, just below the latest pre (if vBulletin offers that option)

Alas 1. that doesn't help either and 2. the order of stickies depends on the last post, so all closed stickies end up at the bottom of the stickies area sooner or later.
