Midi ramp / lag

Hi..

I'm looking for a midi plugin and it might be the place...

This plugin would add 'lag' between two CC value in real time. It would add somme CC event when the value is at, let's say 12 and a new value is received, like 82 : it would add somme cc events just after receiving the 82 value to have a ramp (more precisely a stair) instead of a big straight step. In other words : going progressively from 12 to 82 by adding some values between. Or it could be called 'interpolation' too...
The lag time would be adjustable, of course !
Do you know a midi plugin that does that ?

Soma glider won't work in Cubase...

BUT !! I asked the same question on KVR and forgot a bit the thread... I went to have a look and a guy answered me months after...

Piz midiconverter3 does what I'm looking for since years ! And PIZ works pretty well in Cubase.
