Default OS X: "glue items" works once in custom actions.

Short version: whilst trying to build a custom action that involves several "glue items" commands, in reality after runnung the action Reaper will "glue items" for the first time and skip the second "glueing".
Longer version: I'm trying to compile a custom action that would "render" a master mix and then prepare it after two diferent loudness specs. Here's where I am now:
1. Render time selection + import rendered file into new track
2. Normalize loudness to -23LUFS
3. Glue items
4. Normalize loudness to... (after normalizing Reaper leaves the item unglued)
3. Glue items

I think it's a bug. Thanks.

Here is a tip. Try to add some steps like these:

1. Render time selection + import rendered file into new track
2. Normalize loudness to -23LUFS
Action: Wait 5 seconds before next action
3. Glue items
4. Normalize loudness to... (after normalizing Reaper leaves the item unglued)
Action: Wait 5 seconds before next action
3. Glue items

I'm trying to understand this "wait" action. I tried a simple action:
Play
Wait
Stop

But it won't wait. It will only do
Play
Stop

Am I missing something?

Yeah, probably you're right. It should wait for 5 seconds and then Reaper runs the next action.

I found out it works in custom actions but doesn't in Cycle actions.
It also blocks out the GUI updating while it's waiting...
