Can we still not get rid of/hide the vertical lines from regions/markers? It's quite annoying.

I've just noticed VKB doesn't allow to use Shift+ shortcuts when "Send all keyboard input to to VKB" is enabled.

Jesus.
Do you guys sleep? You do realize that physical Reaper manuals are basically pointless anymore because of the blitzkrieg development philosophy going on around here.

Not sure if I understand this.....(not trying to be rude!)
On my systems, the default action for the delete key has nothing to do with midi...it deletes things (depending on focus).

Ah ok, sorry. If you open VKB and click "Send all input..." and then try to delete something in the arrange window or somewhere else, it plays note instead.

If you'd read the thread carefully, you'd find it. It stands for Virtual Midi Keyboard.

No need for you to be rude...I did read it carefully. The only place I see VKB mentioned was your post, and you didn't relate it to the virtual keyboard. The original post announcing the release just mentions the virtual keyboard, no mention of "VKB".
But the logical reason for this is if you are using the virtual keyboard, your computer keyboard is also linked to trigger various notes on the virtual keyboard (so that a person with no real midi controller can still semi-function and not be forced to use a mouse). The delete key is one of them I guess.
And for the record, I just loaded up a vsti and used the "VKB", and the delete key does not trigger any notes, it just deletes whatever I have selected. Maybe you have something configured unknowingly? Just a thought.
