Default js version of Electro Harmonix Knockout EQ?

I just recently learned about the Electro Harmonix Knockout EQ for guitar and bass. The first video on this demo page shows how this effect can make a Les Paul sound more like a Strat or make a Strat sound more like a Tele.

http://www.ehx.com/products/knockout

definitely looks like a useful effect.

the description says it is a 7 pole filter for the low mids and a 6 pole filter for the high mids, and then a blend control for the wet/dry. Has anyone ever tried making a JS version? Would be a great js effect to have access to.

(Edit: New version in post #4)
This is my first script with JS. The real EHX Knockout EQ -pedal (I don't own one) has a fixed cutoff frequency of 85 Hz for low-pass and 6.5kHz for hi-pass. I hope that someone who actually knows something about JS/DSP -programming could improve/optimize this script

KO Eq:
https://stash.reaper.fm/15053/KO%20Eq

It blends 3 signals together:
- hi-freq component (cutoff freq = 4000-8000 Hz, slope 6-36dB/oct)
- low-freq component (cutoff freq = 85-120 Hz, slope 6-36dB/oct)
- dry signal

It has a limiter (threshold=0 dB) for speaker protection, just in case.

mp3-sample (423.67 KB):
https://stash.reaper.fm/15054/KO%20Eq_sample.mp3
1. clip: fx bypassed
2. clip: hi/low-freq components blended, dry signal mix 0% (no dry signal in mix)
3. clip: hi/low-freq components mixed with dry signal (dry signal mix 100%)

Nice

Little update:
- added 42 oct/dB slope for low freq section
- hi/low pass -section and dry signal can be turned on/off separately
- lp cutoff freq is now from 85 to 300 Hz

I tried to get acoustic-guitar-like sound and the best way was to set the

- LP cutoff to 200-300 Hz with a steep slope (42 dB/oct)
- HP cutoff 6500 Hz, again with a steep slope (36 dB/oct)
- and "dry signal mix" to 0-30%
(depends on guitar-type, pickups etc.)

Here's the new version (remove ".txt"):
