Mitymite,
Just create a folder somewhere on your system (logical choice if you're a windoze user is something like "c:\program files\vst plugins" or something like that.
Once you've got all your plugins in one spot, you need to go into Preferences (ctrl+P), and down to 'plugins/VST' and point Reaper to the folder where you've stored your DLL's.
Click 'rescan' and you should be off and running.
