Default Voice-Over Plugins 2014

The plugins I'm thinking about buying for my Voice-over chain are:

PSP Oldtimer
Fabfilter Pro-C
Voxengo Voxformer
Rocket compressor by Stillwell

I need a deesser maybe a waves plugin? But I'm not sure.

I would greatly appreciate any advice you could give me.

I know it's old, but searching to change something in my chain, so I'll post my recent setup:

1. Waves Deesser (for deessing)
2. Waves C4 (for reducing dynamic range of lower end - up to 800Hz)
3. DMG Audio Equick (for shaping the sound)
4. Waves MV2 (for heavy compression)
5. Izotope Ozone Maximizer (for slight limiting)

And still on deessing I achieve better result by doing it with envelope curve by hand. The same goes for C4. Better results on evening the low/low mid end peaks by hand. I use these plugins instead of drawing because it's a bit time consuming and in my job I don't necessary have lots of it.

However iLok things are starting to annoy me as I'm doing lots of work on my laptop lately, so I'm looking for a dongle-less setup. Voxengo and Fabfilter stuff is on my checklist aswell as PSP.

Have a nice day you all!
