Default mouse question

how do i set up my mouse behaviour to make a track stay where the cursor ic located while making the track bigger to make precise edits? right now when i make the track bigger i have to constantly adjust my location. thanks.

Go into Preferences under Editing Behavior.

There's 2 pulldown menus for Horizontal and Vertical Zoom Center.

Set them to mouse and all your zooming will be centered to your mouse.

you're right. but i own 3 record stores in 3 different states and have been busy.(i know that's no excuse!)
