Default Wet envelope latency

I have noticed that the reaper "wet" automation envelope doesnt seem to be in sync with the track/project latency, but the volume envelope is.

In this particular case Im using a Soundtoys devil loc plugin on a track, and when automating the wet parameter (native not the plugin mix param) on this I have to put the envelope earlier than the audio to make it sync correctly.

Is this something that any one else have noticed?

Are there any plugins on that track creating latency - convolution reverb, for instance? If so, that's your problem.

Yes it is and I realize that this might be the problem. And this in my mind has to be a bug, reaper should compensate for that for ALL track envelopes, it works fine for for the track volume curve.

Envelope not 100% in sync. Project (using ReaFir) attached.
