Project load warning: fx not available. But is it bypassed?

When loading a project originating from another computer, if an fx is missing in the current computer, the user should be informed if the fx is bypassed in the project.

Currently this is not shown in the project load warning (attached warning1.png) or in the fx window (attached warning2.png), which currently has "ZZZ" in the enable checkbox so the user can't see if it's ticked or not. Bypassed effects do not affect the sound so if the user knows the effect is bypassed, then they can stop worrying about installing the fx on the current computer.
