Default Program is ALMOST perfect

Hi, this program is almost exactly what I need. I have been looking forever for something like this and so far this is the closest I have come to finding it. I only have one issue. I need to be able to specify an area or two of the desktop that will always be visible. This program would be so perfect if I could specify a spot on the desktop either by selecting or even going into the ini and using a set of coordinates and have that area always remain visible while not effecting the normal function of this program. Any ideas?

Depending on how you work it may or may not help you to set the Docker's opacity so you can operate Reaper, and see through to what you would like to see.

Right click on the very bottom left part of the docker and select "Attach docker to main window" to give the docker it's own window. In the same way you can set the Docker's opacity, and have the docker window over what you would like to see. The main issue is the wasted space due to the unattached docker's window bar, but this should be much easier, and not an issue in later versions of Reaper

Actually I wasn't talking about Reaper. I was talking about TunnelVision. Thanks for trying to help though
