Default Reaper 4.13 keeps running after close

I'm experiencing right now that Reaper 4.13 (x64) is still running after I closed the program. There are two live processes associated with it, reaper.exe and reaper_host32.exe. I'm on Windows 7 SP1 x64. Is anyone else experiencing this?

You get this when one of your plugins is misbehaving. Reaper_host32.exe houses your 32bit plugins, so start looking there.

Is there some simpler way to pinpoint which plug-in won't close in a timely manner (I presume this is the problem)? Does Reaper for instance log such issues?

The only way I know is trial and error.
You could try making educated guesses as to why a plugin might not be working, for instance unloading samples from memory, or trying to write to disc. But so far all I can tell you is to look at your 32bit plugins. If you know you have SynthEdit or SynthMaker plugins start there.

OK, thanks. Wouldn't it make sense though for Reaper to forcefully exit if plug-ins won't close within a reasonable amount of time?
