Default Reabanks problem

HI all

I'm trying to create a reabanks file for my Yamaha P80 keyboard. I've successfully done this for other modules but can't get this one to work. The problem is every voice has an MSB and LSB and a patch name - so is each voice a bank? And has a patch name? I thought patches are within banks...I've spend some hours on it and can't suss it out (I'm not strong on midi)...if someone could kindly have a look I'd be most grateful.

P80 midi spec here...

My reabank as follows.

Any ideas?

Much appreciated in advance!

Thanks

According to the spec the Yamaha has nothing special here (msb always 0) . Just load the gm reabank and see if it works (of course the patch names will be wrong)

I'll try that. But aren't the patches usually listed within banks? On the P80 they are banks and also patches.
