Default Mobius looping

Hi

I am trying to use Mobius in Reaper and am looking for some sort of guide or something to set it up. I have tried a few thing, but do not get it to work. If I want to start recording in Mobius I first have to record something in reaper and then I can start recording and overdubbing in Mobius, but I do not know how to get that audio back into Reaper, any help?
I would also like to record different instruments on the loops. How do I do that?
Do I create different tracks in Reaper with the different instruments and effects (like VSTi's and Guitar amp simulators) and send them to the Mobius track?
How do I switch between the different tracks, do I just have all enabled with recording and not touch the instrument or do I arm the track for recording when I want to record with it?
I would like to create a MIDI foot controller for this so are all these functions possible to program for a MIDI foot controller?

This is the template I was using for Mobius with Amplitude 3, it should work, although it's ages since I was messing around with that looper. Replace the Amplitude vst for your amp sim of choice. The midi channel is for your midi controller, which should work on the Mobius vst.

Since I had to start this thread to find out how to do this I created a small tutorial for it:

Default Question for Katsu

First of all thanks for the template, it would appear that once I understand how to use it correctly, it will be very beneficial to my playing, and looping live.
I tried the template for the first time tonight.
I had a few whoopsies with it that I wanted to ask you about.
I changed the Amplitude inst. to a sound font player I use.
All went well for a time, then when I tried to overdub, the over dub showed up on Mobius' screen, but I could not hear any of it( 3 dubs )
I tried this on several Mobius tracks with same results.
Next, I lost the monitor to Mobius altogether.
If you could steer me in the right direction, I would much appreciate it.
Thanks;
Ian
