Reaper 5 SWS/BR Move active floating window toggle issue

I have the following issue:

1. Program/feature area:

OS X 10.10.x
Reaper 5.x
SWS extension?
key commands

2. Type of issue: (crash / freeze / wrong behaviour / annoying / gui issue etc.)

3. Issue description:

I am working with a 42" Hi DPI display. To reduce mouse travel I started to create
custom actions to move the window of choice to my cursor instead of me moving the cursor
to the window.

I prefer toggle actions over open and close actions for windows so a following action will look like this:

View Show track manager window
SWS/BR Move active window to mouse cursor (horizontal: middle, vertical: middle)

If I try to toggle the track manager or fx window a GUI issue will mess up the TCP like this



I use this for the fx window, track manager, actions window etc

4. Steps to reproduce:

- create a new custom action
- call it "toggle track manager"
- add these actions
View Show track manager window
SWS/BR Move active window to mouse cursor (horizontal: middle, vertical: middle)

- add a keyboard shortcut to the new action
- try to toggle the window
- what will happen to your TCP GUI?

5. Expected behavior or outcome:

the TCP GUI shouldn't jump out or all over the place
