For clean guitars, I use Voxengo Boogex.
It's free and easy (EQ, Amp, IR Cabinet and reverb, all in one).

TSE has a clean channel in their ampsims, too, duh! It's really just as good as the lead channel.

And LePou has ampsims as well as cabinet loader. It's all on his website/blog.

Learn the stuff that you already have first! If you have X50 v2, then you also have X30 in it, which is an ENGL, and that has a wicked clean!

If you can still find it, I was always a big fan of Aradaz Crunch for clean stuff.

Default Scuffham for clean and crunchy sounds

http://www.scuffhamamps.com/

I think they have a nice and thoroughly modelled collection of amps.

I've been using kuassa vermilion for a while now and do like it for clean through to crunch,

Not being a sim-maniac I don't know if its way out of date or been left behind these days.. Maybe ED and co can validate me or not.
