Default To Moderators: Forum Stuff (SOLVED)

For some reason I can never see my "Sent" PM's. They never list there, and my PM box isn't nearly full. It always shows 0 and I can never see any PM's I previously sent.

Why is that? Thanks.

Just in case, you have still got this option ticked (on the Send New Message page)?

Its awkward, you have to go from Edit Folders

will look like this:

You can empty or view the sent items from here

That was it.

Thank you DarkStar.

P.S. Re: Your handle "DarkStar". MJ used to be a dark star and then suddenly, he wasn't...

Ok, I'm not nuts after all. That "keep a copy" option has to be ticked every time you send a PM, which is why it keeps turning off and why I didn't notice it because it's typically out of view on that screen unless you scroll down a little here.

Shouldn't it persist or is that just how the forum software is setup? Seems to me that any kind of correspondence should default (if there is a default to do anything) to keeping a copy of your correspondence.

Weird. That box was ticked by default for me and stays ticked. I am 100% certain I never changed anything there - I just now learned that this option even exists.

Could it be a browser cache thing? (Could well be a totally ridiculous assumption, I know barely anything about how this stuff works technically... I'm just saying it so that I have at least something besides "works fine here" )

True, maybe it's just Google Chrome. I haven't used any other browser for some years so, could be just a Chrome thing

Thanks.

Hi Lawrence, I also use Google Chrome but I haven't had any problems.
