Default OS X: cmd-a does not work in most textboxes.

Using the shortcut cmd-a to select all text in a text box does not work in most text boxes in Reaper.

Other OS X shortcuts for text navigation seem to work fine. cmd-c, cmd-v, opt-shift-arrow, ctrl-a (beginning of line), ctrl-e (end of line), opt-delete (delete word), ctrl-k (delete sentence forward), ctrl-t (transpose letter) etc... all work fine. It appears that all the standard OS X text navigation shortcuts work except for cmd-a.

Examples of where cmd-a does not work: Fx Filter. Actions Filter. Rename dialog.

I've not found a text box in Reaper so far where cmd-a works, and it's annoying because I rely heavily on text navigation short cuts when typing.

Temporary workaround for affected users: 'ctrl-e' (move point to end of line) followed by 'ctrl-shift-a' (select to beginning) will guarantee all text is selected. 'ctrl-shift-a' is usually sufficient if the point is at the EOL.
