Default MOTU PCI-424 System PCIe Card Question

Does anyone use the MOTU 424 PCIe system? We have 2 2408 MK3's attached for 96 channels of i/o. However, I've had issues in two different computers with the PCIe card not sitting in the MOBO slot correctly.

It comes ajar easily and it throws the volunteers who run the system for a loop because it's not diagnosable (I think I just made up that word ) directly from the computer.

Do you all have any suggestions? I've been able to successfully re-seat the card and use it when the errors start popping up, but it feels like a workaround.

Thanks!

What if I changed my question to: I'm having an issue with a finicky PCIe card? It seems to come dislodged from the motherboard.
