Default Invert phase button in my theme appears to be missing

I am using a customized version of rado 4. I see an invert phase button in my theme image folder, but I don't have any invert phase buttons in tcp. Is there an easy way to add it on? How could it be missing? I don't think I have made any change to my theme that have anything to do with walter.

load up a diff theme and see if it is there...

if the images are there, and it does not show, it is likely not part of the walter code...

That's what I thought, but I could have sworn that rado 4 pre-dated walter. Maybe not though, because it has vertical meters in tcp, which I think was walter era.

What I don't like about walter, is that it makes themes exceed the amount of effort I'm willing to spend customizing them, which means I get things like this, and I can't fix them.
