Default Problems with FLStudio 7 rewired

I've read many threads about problems in FLStudio but some of those were not mentionned, so I start a thread to register all bugs I'm encountering so far.

Notes :
I use FL Studio 7 as a Rewire with Reaper 3.161

* FL Starting beat always miss when I launch play in reaper. The workaround of playing so measures before start of song is ok for playback, but not ok when overdubbing somewhere in the song.
* If I press play in Reaper, it launches playback in FLS, but the opposite is not true. If I launch playback in reaper, it doesn't play in FLS. If I launch playback in reaper, it starts in FLS, but there I can't stop it in FLS and it won't stop in Reaper. So it's not working the same way as in Reason (it's bi-directional there).
* Keyboard (normal keyboard) acts badly in rewired FLS. CTL + ? shortcuts don't work normally, quite all shortcuts don't seem to do what they're supposed to do (CTL-S, e, d etc..).
* Cursor position doesn't communicate through rewiring. If I change cursor position in reaper, it won't change in FLS, and the opposite is also true.

Do other FL Studio users encounter those bugs ? Do you think upgrading to FL Studio 9 will correct some of those ? Do you know workaround ?
