Default REQ: Select all items (in selected tracks) that start and end in time selection

Hello!

I am looking for a way to select all the items that start and end in the time selection and are on the selected tracks.

There are two ways to do it:
1) create a script that does exactly that (select all items that their start AND end position is in the time selection, and are on the selected tracks), or
2) create a script that unselects items that do not end in the time selection (there is already an SWS/FNG action "Unselect items that do not start in time selection"). So, if I combine in a custom action the 3 actions to a) select all items in time selection, and then unselect items that do not b) start and c) end in the time selection, I'll get the same effect as in 1)

Which of the two is the easiest script to make?
