Default Delay Plugs

While organizing my stuff a bit after upgrading I found I was well represented in the reverb category. No major commercially available products but a smart selection of free stuff like SIR, the recent breverb promotion, epicverb, the kjaerhus stuff and the Audio Damage Reverence plug along with the stock reaper items.

Other than the Kjaerhus and Karlette I am most decidedly thin in the delay arena. What are good freebies/low cost stuff available?

I grabbed the VIntage Tape Delay, E-Phonic Tape Delay and Bionic Delay from KSR. Those appear to be nice "color" delays but nice, clean, straight up delay would be great to find

My default one is Tal-Dub II:
http://kunz.corrupt.ch/?Products:VST_TAL-DUB-II

It's quite versatile.

Although I see it has a strange defect(?)
When inserted on a track, meters show a constant low level signal - non audible.
DC offset?

I'm awfully fond of Waterfall.
It has 4 delay lines that can be set to different patterns and panned.

i'm a fan of the psp lexicon 42/84 myself. their multitap is also very nice.
likewise, mfm2 is pretty bad-ass. gotta buy that one!

If you can afford Echoboy, get it! It's the best delay plug period!
If not tal dub 2 is really nice but has a weird low level signal.

Since this seems to be turning into the delay fans thread, can I ask the experts here...

Is there a delay which will give a constantly RANDOM delay value ? Something that would randomly move through all the various sync rates, eg: 1/4; 1/6; 1/8 as well as triplet divisions etc ?

I own Reaktor and thought that might have something, but haven't found any yet.

Any suggestions appreciated.

yes, see my post above

none of the delays mentioned so far in this thread compares to MFM2. It can do everything they can and more, it's a monster
