DEVICE_FX_PARAM_COUNT 1

Am I right in thinking this should send 1 track, 1 FX and 1 FX Param?

If not, can that be achieved? Not neccesary to be 1 but any n.

If it should be, it seems there is a bug with DEVICE_FX_COUNT, which seems to be using the value from DEVICE_FX_PARAM_COUNT

Any advice?

It should work the way you describe, theoretically...
