Action to stop all playback (main and media explorer)
I'd really like it if there was an action that stops both the main playback and media explorer playback.
There's been an issue for a while that requires all playback to be stopped if you want to drag a media explorer selection to the timeline as a new file.
Doing this a hundred times per day is a bit of a buzz-kill!

can be done with script
Code:
Main_OnCommand(1016,0); // Stop main transport
OpenMediaExplorer("mediafn", 1); // Open media explorer and stop
copy the code above, save it with *.eel extension. load the *.eel file in Action list, Main section as new action

thanks!
It almost works. The main playback stops, but the media explorer remains playing, only the file is unloaded.
This achieves a similar result of no sound but I actually need the file to stay loaded as I've made a selection that I want to drag to the timeline as a new file.

It seems it can not be done in one script. As far as I know, one script can work either with the Main or with Media Explorer section

I figured as much. Hopefully there's an API for the media explorer soon. So much potential for community contributions.
