This was fun. It's silly and limited, but I learned a lot about Reaper and about audio processing.

Basically:
1. It has a track where the voice goes, using pre-fader sends to get it to the individual Bandpass tracks
2. The Bandpass tracks chop out the bands with ReaFir and do pre-fader sends to the Noise Mod tracks, which get the audio to be modulated from another send. The output of the Bandpass filter track is sidechained to a JS: SStillwell/expander.
It sounds ass, but its recognizably a vocoder.
