Default Using keystrokes to jump tracks in the arrange window

Currently, we have a default pair of shortcuts to navigate up and down tracks.

Is there a shortcut (a pair) that enables us to navigate by item, and have the selected track header follow? (My option is set to recordarm selected track)

Use case.

I have 150 tracks in a particular project. Track 1 is 1st violins. Track ten is Piccolo, track twenty is bassoon, track 120 is Choir mms, etc.....
It's a lot of scrolling to get up and down the track list, to tracks containing items, or will soon do so. I have an item in each of these tracks, so far.

Failing that, is there a pair of shortcuts that navigate by a set number of tracks, i.e. track 1,track 10, track 20, and so on?

I can't find anything close in the shortcuts menu at the moment.

Alex.

You can do it in Reascript by looping thru the tracks and matching the desired name.

I'm not at my desk right now , so i can't post an example, but if you search the boards, you will find some examples.
