Default Can Reaper create dump files to help debug plugin crashes?

On Windows 7 x64, I'd like to figure out the best way of getting to the bottom of either Reaper or 3rd party plugin crashes. Can Reaper create dump files upon crashes that developers may inspect to see program's state when it crashed? I'm primarily interested in simplifying my process of helping plugin developers when their product crashes under Reaper, so they can figure out the problem with the least amount of fuss.

Depending on how the OS is setup, if it is a blue screen/kernel crash the OS will create a minidump. If it is just reaper in user mode you would have to attach something to detect the crash and dump when it does (AKA ADPlus, ProcDump, DebugDiag).

Thanks. I see the chance of an application like Reaper causing a kernel crash as rather miniscule these days, as AFAIK practically only driver code runs in kernel space in Windows 7. The other option though looks like just the ticket, I will try this tonight I think as I have a plugin that crashes consistently. I can even see that Windows 7 can be configured to automatically create dumps upon application crashes. Hopefully, the developer will accept such dumps and use them to pinpoint the bug.
