SWS' Project List overhaul

I'd gladly donate serious money to somebody who could have these work on the Project list window:

1- Change Order of projects by dragging the tab name in the window
2- Option Drag a name to open a second instance
3- Hide Tab strip at the top of Reaper’s window
4- Support relative links starting from the Project Folder. To be able to reopen on another computer
5-In the Window, Highlight the currently Active Tab’s by either:
1- Highlighted in the window.
2- The Active Tab’s Name is another Color


As a "Nice to have"
Option Click to change the Tab’s name. (Nice to have, Might have a conflict with the project’s naming. Could it change the whole Project’s name???)
