Size of midi object to fix loop point

When I try and drag out a midi object to make it loop, it always has lots of spare space after the notes so it doesnt loop seamlessly.

How do I fix the midi object length so it loops properly?

Drag it to the loop length that you want, the Glue it (all by itself) to set the new length, then drag it out to loop it.

You can probably set the length in Item Properties too.
