Default Multi-track MIDI - explode multi-channels to tracks

For MIDI tracks that are multi-channel (that is, contain MIDI messages on more than one channel) - the channel number is included in the generated track name:

This Cream MIDI file had three MIDI tracks in it; 2 of which were Multi-channel.

imo, in the case of a multi-track / multi-channel MIDI file, the channel number should be shown in all Reaper track names, including the Drums track here (channel 10).
