Default separated Recent files .INI file.

Recent files are currently stored in Reaper.ini file in the [Recent] section.

It would be nice to store them in its own file instead. "Recent.ini" for example. This way you can easily have various sets of recent files and copy and replace the recent.ini file depending on the session you want to work on, without affecting possible Reaper.ini changes.

if not, I was wondering, maybe an external tool, like a python script, could be used to copy recent entries from an external chosen ini file and modify the Reaper.ini ones.

Bumping this, as it would be very useful for putting reaper.ini under version control without the noise from the recent project section (and if possible all non-setting variable stuff too like the last opened directory, theme history etc).
