Default Korg microKey61 connection problem

Just got a new MK61 that I've been coveting for a while with the research leading to all compatible with Win7 64bit. Expecting Plug n Play wrrrrrong, everything is pointing towards the exceeding the midi ports and have tried the deleting midi port utility and cleared out half a dozen unused ones. Tried different ports and a powered usb hub Win7 driver installs I have red light on keyboard it has power. I have the current 1.14r1 driver. Not showing in Midi Devices.

Anyone else had microKey issues.

Yup after 7 hrs trying driving me nuts now.

Just un-installed the Korg driver, restarted, Win drivers installed checked in Preferences/Midi Devices and there it is, Enabled Midi In and all is good. Soooo what is going to happen with out the Korg driver? Not sure at the mo. Off to explore all the Legacy Collection synths and wasn't that fun to Authorize all of them, not very friendly. Make sure you have document open to save the codes for copy and pasting saved some hassle, now archived.
