Default Force video render size to use even numbers always (DONE)

REAPER 5.35 x64

-> try to render video to say 1511 x 977 px size (FFmpeg)

Result: Error message

A global option to prevent this error message and automatically render to 1512 x 978 in this case would be great!

DONE (5.97)

Bump. Still happening (REAPER 5.62 x64 + FFmpeg 3.4 x64).

Confirmed here. It renders when Format is set to MPEG1,2 and WEBM only. Other formats lead to the error. 5.62 x64 + VLC decoder (v2.2.x).

Thanks for confirming! I'm always rendering to "QT/MOV/MP4" with "H.264" codec.

If there's to be any tweaks to this... I'd ask for a 'retain aspect ratio' option... so I just have to type in, for example, 1920 and it'll update the other field to 1080. I often mess around with non-standard video sizes and getting out the calculator is a drag.
