Default Visual Spectrum with Pitches on dominant peaks

Is there any EQ out there that shows the frequency spectrum in real time and plots the notes per resonant peak... and ideally will show the dominant pitch the sound gives? (e.g., attempts to match it to the OT series, but still is correct if fundamental is missing... e.g., for the voice)
